We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and cheques. International transactions can be made via wire transfer. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
Yes. A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance payment and issue a written confirmation by email. Quotations are held for 7 days and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Our standard schedule is 25% advance at booking, 50% by 30 days before departure, and the remaining 25% by 15 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment upfront. See our Terms & Conditions for the full details.
Most package prices include applicable GST and standard taxes, but excluded items vary. Visa fees, fuel surcharges, currency revaluation, and additional services (extra meals, optional excursions) are typically charged separately. The booking confirmation lists exact inclusions and exclusions.
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel: 25% if more than 45 days before, 50% between 30–45 days, 75% between 15–29 days, and 100% within 15 days or for no-shows. Airline and hotel cancellation fees may apply on top. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Eligible refunds are processed within 14 working days of cancellation, to the original payment method. International transactions may take longer due to bank processing times. Service charges and government taxes are non-refundable.
Yes, in most cases we can reschedule your booking subject to availability and any rate differences. Some airline and hotel reservations carry change fees. We always try to find the most flexible option for you.
If we have to cancel a tour due to insufficient enrolment, supplier failure, or events beyond our control, you'll have the choice of an alternative package of equivalent value, a credit note valid for 12 months, or a full refund of the cancelled portion.
Yes, our visa desk assists with form filling, document checklists, and embassy appointment booking for most popular destinations. Visa fees are not included in package costs unless explicitly stated. We cannot guarantee visa approval — that decision rests with the embassy.
For most international destinations your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date and have at least 2 blank pages. We recommend renewing well in advance of any planned travel.
Most international packages include basic travel insurance covering medical emergencies, baggage loss, and trip cancellation. We strongly recommend reading the policy and adding cover for adventure activities, high-value items, or pre-existing medical conditions.
Most group departures include an Indian tour manager who travels with you from start to finish. For private and customised tours, you'll have a local English-speaking guide at each destination plus 24/7 phone support from our office.

For private tours, yes — small adjustments to free time, meal choices, or optional excursions are usually possible. Major changes that affect hotels or transfers may incur additional costs. Group departures follow a fixed itinerary that cannot be altered for individual travellers.
Most packages include daily breakfast, and many include dinner as well. Lunches are sometimes excluded so you can try local restaurants on your own. Vegetarian, Jain, and other dietary preferences can be arranged with advance notice.
