These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ventes Holidays website and the holiday packages, tours, and travel services we provide. By browsing this site, requesting a quote, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
"Ventes Holidays", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Ventes Holidays Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India. "You" or "Customer" refers to any person who browses our website, requests a quotation, or books a holiday package with us. "Package" means any tour, accommodation, transport, or travel-related service offered or arranged by Ventes Holidays.
A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance payment and issue a written confirmation by email. Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Verbal confirmations or unpaid reservations do not guarantee booking.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment schedule is:
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required upfront. We accept payments via UPI, NEFT/RTGS, credit and debit cards, and cheque. International transactions may attract additional bank charges.
If you cancel your booking, the following charges apply (calculated as a percentage of the total package cost):
Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing using the contact details below. Cancellation charges from airlines, hotels, and third-party service providers are passed on at actuals and may exceed the percentages above for peak-season or non-refundable bookings.
Ventes Holidays reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient enrolment, supplier failures, natural disasters, civil unrest, or any other reason beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer you the choice of an alternative package of equivalent value, a credit note valid for 12 months, or a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled portion.
All eligible refunds are processed within 14 working days of cancellation, to the original mode of payment. Refunds for international transactions may take longer due to banking procedures. Service charges, payment gateway fees, and government taxes are non-refundable.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date and that you possess all required visas, permits, and health certificates. Ventes Holidays may assist with visa documentation but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa fees are not included in package costs unless explicitly stated. We are not liable for any loss arising from visa rejection or denied entry.
Package prices are based on twin-sharing accommodation unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or supplier rate revisions until full payment is received. Inclusions and exclusions are detailed in your booking confirmation; anything not explicitly listed is excluded.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, hotels, sightseeing, or transport arrangements due to operational reasons, weather, or local conditions. Substitutions will be of equivalent or higher standard wherever possible. Minor changes to the itinerary do not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
Ventes Holidays acts as an agent between you and the suppliers of travel services (airlines, hotels, transport operators, local guides). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or death caused by the act or default of these suppliers, or by circumstances beyond our control. Travel insurance is included in most packages; we strongly recommend you read the policy document carefully and purchase additional cover for high-value items, adventure activities, or pre-existing medical conditions.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, government action, or air traffic disruption. In such events, we will work with you to reschedule, substitute, or refund as fairly as possible.
You are expected to conduct yourself in a manner that does not disrupt other travellers or breach local laws and customs. Ventes Holidays and its tour managers reserve the right to terminate the participation of any traveller whose behaviour is considered disruptive, dangerous, or illegal, without refund or compensation.
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our place of business.
